RJ Scott MM Romance Christmas ReviewsJackie Keswick – A Box of Wishes

RJ: Aww, this was cute, and warm, and like a hug…

Does Fate Grant Wishes?

Ryan O’Shaughnessy, owner of the Top o’ the Morning Coffeehouse, is convinced of it. Besides brewing the best coffee in Rothcote and baking delicious pastries and cakes, he helps Fate with her errands, never minding that it's always someone else’s turn to catch a bit of happiness. Not until he meets a man who takes his breath away.

Detective Sergeant Ben Hobart has made a career of helping others. He never asks help for himself. Not even when a bad breakup leaves him lonely and with only his cat for company. Until he sets foot into Ryan’s coffeehouse to investigate a break-in and finds what’s missing from his life.

Fate may grant wishes, but she doesn't hand them out for free. Can Ben let go of the past? And will Ryan find the courage to make a wish of his own?

A sexy, slow-burn, mm coffeeshop romance with a touch of magic and a cat.

RJ Scott MM Romance Christmas ReviewsAshley Christmas – Bubble

RJ: This was lovely – and the cabin, snow, only one bed – a winner

A Christmas snowstorm. Two opposites that most definitely attract. Only one bed.
When the man of your absolute dreams slams their mouth into yours, there is only one course of action. Yours truly–that’s me–has broken it down into four easy steps for your convenience.
You're welcome.

Step one: make sure he really is attached to you. Lips to lips. You're a clam. Do not let go.

Step two: climb him like a tree.

Step three: thank your past self for all the squats that gave you those thunder thighs.

Step four: enjoy every second of that kiss before said (maybe-not-so-straight) man realizes what he's doing and has a freakout.
Christmas Bubble is a low angst, standalone, Christmas novel featuring a petite but larger-than-life cheerleader, an older demisexual football coach and a winter cabin by the lake with only one bed.

Will this be the season when all their wishes will come true?

RJ Scott MM Romance Christmas ReviewsMia Monroe – A Kiss for Santa

RJ: On my TBR

This year, Santa gets a gift too.

One night every year, I deliver gifts to all the good people around the world. I have everything I could want—a beautiful private home, loving friends and family, and the most amazing job in existence. All my needs are more than met, and the other 364 days of the year are mine to spend how I wish.

The only thing I don’t have is a love of my own. I’ve been hopelessly in love with Luca Vincent for years, watching him from afar, but he has a full life and it would be selfish of me to woo him away. Which is a problem because I have to be married soon or lose my Christmas magic to my brother. Neither of us wants that to happen, leaving me with two choices—let the Council arrange a marriage or find my own husband fast.
With my looming deadline and Luca’s holiday cheer slipping away, I know the time to act is now. Somehow, I have to convince him to come back to my home with me. I’ll use every tool I have and plenty of holiday magic to make him mine. Maybe this Christmas, I’ll find a Kiss For Santa under the tree.

RJ Scott MM Romance Christmas ReviewsKeira Andrews – The Christmas Leap (Festive Fakes)

On my TBR – next up, so excited

Fake romance shouldn’t feel this real…

Will: I've never been with a man.

Sure, I've thought about it. Wondered. Daydreamed. Imagined. But I wasn't ready to take the leap.

I have a reputation as a “”ladies' man.”” No one has any idea how curious I am about men—not even my openly bi best friend. Make that former best friend. Michael ghosted me, and I have no idea why.

Michael: The man I love is straight.

It hurt like hell when I had to distance myself from Will. I’ve tried desperately to grow up and get over him, but my carefully constructed life just fell apart—and Will rushes to my rescue.

Now we’re pretending to be a couple to impress his boss at a holiday retreat. We’re holding hands and hugging.

We’re sharing a bed.

And Will just kissed me.

Is my best friend falling in love with me after all?

The Christmas Leap by Keira Andrews is a Christmas romance featuring friends to lovers, bi awakening, first times, and of course a happy ending. This standalone novel takes place in the same universe as The Christmas Deal.

New release – 10 November 2022 – https://readerlinks.com/l/2933286

RJ Scott MM Romance Christmas ReviewsK. Evan Coles – Healing Hearts (Stealing Hearts 2)

RJ: On my TBR list

Some hearts are made to be mended.

Zac Alvarez never expected to start his life over at forty-five, but his recent divorce means doing just that. Luckily, his career as a nurse in Boston keeps him busy and he has friends who understand Zac’s need to be as careful with his heart as he is with his diet.

On a whim one fall afternoon, Zac buys lunch from a food truck and meets Aiden Marinelli, a bold young chef who is taking the city’s food scene in new directions. Aiden is only thirty, a fact that doesn’t sit well with Zac, but both the chef and his food prove impossible to resist.
An attachment forms between the two men and, as the winter holidays draw near, Zac emerges from the protective shell he’s built around himself. A chance encounter with his ex-husband shakes Zac’s newfound confidence, however, and he pushes Aiden away, unaware how deeply the act will hurt them both until it is too late.

Now, Zac must decide if he is brave enough to go after what he wants and mend not only Aiden’s heart but his own.

Healing Hearts is a 37K age gap friends-to-lovers novella. In it you’ll find a Nurse Specialist who can’t remember the last time he wasn’t on a diet, a brash young chef whose charm is even more tempting than the dishes he cooks, and all the food trucks and holiday sparkle you need. HEA assured.

To add to previous reply re Box of Wishes, btw, I used to work for British Telecom here in the States. You’d think I’d be used to the time diffs, right?! Yeah, but… right at my 30yr anniversary, I was advised my services were no longer required. Oh, well! Time to retire.

I have read The Week Before Christmas and it was fun. Most of these look good but I really want to read The Box of Wishes next. I try to get my Christmas reading in before the start of December. I am too busy in December so I usually just reread a book if I have free time. That way I am not annoyed if I can’t finish. Thanks for the recommendations.
