Sighs. So. Being a writer is hazardous to health. You get to sit around all day eating biscuits and drinking tea and before you know it you are SCREWED…

I have 26 weeks to go until GRL and I would love to lose 56 pounds… Without giving too much away about my horrendous starting weight, that is not going to make me skinny… it's going to make me look like I actually care about myself instead of just sitting in my writing cave with said biscuits.

So. It starts today, 16 April 2013 and ends 15 October 2013 and I need to lose just over 2lb a week… I am upping the exercise, hiding the biscuits, and hoping for the best…

I am also using this cool app on my phone called MyFitnessPal… which tracks calories, carbs, fat, exercise and all kinds of clever things…
