So today I passed my official Nano wordcount… I wasn't really *doing* Nano, but what Nano gives is a very handy tool to count my words. I like that tool. I wish it was available all year around.
I finished off Texas 6 at the beginning of the month, and then added another 2k in the middle of the month (which i forgot to add).
I wrote Angel In A Book Shop.
Then, I wrote 16,000 on Alpha, Delta.
Meanwhile I was editing Texas 6 (mostly the flat areas I should imagine).
So yep, November has been a very good month for writing.
I also realised I write more than what I count, blog posts for the Texas Fall blog tour, blog posts elsewhere, not to mention the amount of words on Facebook… ROFL… and the missing 2k on Texas. *adjusts halo*.
December isn't that representative but I may actually keep an eye on what kind of word counts I manage as it seems to be a motivating tool for me. ๐
