A glass wolf from one of my sons who rarely even remembers his own birthday! He insists he doesn't do birthdays so it was a lovely surprise to receive it. Especially as I love wolves almost as much as dragons and dogs 😀

Happy Birthday RJ. I have discovered the Sapphire Cay series and unfortunately I will have it done this weekend. That is going to leave me until Sept 25 to find something to read while waiting for the final 🙁 Texas book to come out. Do you have any suggestions? Last month I got an Xbox One for my birthday. I was overjoyed because I'd been talking about getting one for months, but not being able to afford it. My parents know me so well <3
I'm not a big one for gifts, but the best I've gotten in recent memory was this year when my parents both sent money for my birthday. That might seem odd, but I was on short-term disability and waiting for my first payment and they both live on limited incomes.

The best gift I ever got was this cute red little chicken stuffed animal. I don't know why but that chicken just… it meant so much to me as a kid and.. I actually still have it today! LOL… It's special.
