Out of the group I have only Read Popstar and The Geek Who Saved Christmas. I loved the World that Popstar has opened up with the other books and more stories that are on the way but I have too choose my favourite. It would be The Geek Who Saved Christmas. Such a beautiful story and loveable characters. Both books 10/10 (it was a difficult choice) 😂 🦕 🦖

There are a couple here that I haven’t read yet. Rachel Reid! I love, love, love her series. I can’t tell you how many times I have reread Heated Rivalry by her. And of course, I never miss a book by Annabeth Albert. Another favourite author of mine. Thanks for the recommendations.

Of these I’ve only read The Geek who Saved Christmas which I really enjoyed and Popstar which I also enjoyed. Choosing between them, I’d probably go with Popstar just because The Geek who was really sweet with very little conflict – almost too easy though definitely not. There are a couple here that I’m going to check out – especially the Were-Geeks. I’m a sucker for geeks of all sorts so that one has me intrigued.

My massive TBR pile has 3 titles from this post, but, although I read 310 books for last year’s Goodreads challenge, I didn’t get to them. I will note that I almost always (unless there’s a posting glitch) rate and write a review.

My all time favorite was ‘All Fired Up’ by Jenn Burke:

‘I loved this! Knowing that…I now need to go back and read the previous series!
I thought the plot was great, the pace of the action mind-boggling, and the characters wonderful. I especially liked the mix of ‘paranormals’ and the snark that went on. Plus the budding romance is perfect! There were just enough twists and turns that I had a hard time putting the book aside. There are several loose ends and tantalizing clues that will need to be tied up in the next book! Can’t wait!’

Second: R. Cayden’s ‘Falling for the Geek.’

Having a big brother can be a blessing or a curse. Especially when they have a tendency to be too over protective.

Shawn has always been pretty much of a loner…not that he chooses to be…but his desire to be an astronomer has always taken precedence over friendships. When his brother, Leo’s, best friend, Cass, comes to stay in the cabin with him, so Cass can remodel Shawn’s grandmother’s art studio, he finally gets to spend some quality time with the man Shawn’s had a crush on in high school. Cass is trying to put his life together and Shawn is attempting to write a book…so they both have lots to do.

But sometimes looking at the stars is the most enjoyable thing for both of them. And when Cass encourages Shawn, they both benefit and see a future path they might travel together.

A sweet romance set in the mountains of Kentucky.

I’ll admit that I got The Geek Who Saved Christmas because of its pretty cover, the illustration was really cute and I had never read anything of Annabeth Albert before, but I liked it a lot and I found it a little different from what I usually read, so I enjoyed it more.
