The Fire Trilogy by RJ Scott includes all three Fire books in one volume.
Kian is out for revenge, Darach wants his friends back, and Eoin is believed dead. These three friends, linked by blood, face a new world and find the kind of love they’d only ever dreamed about. With action, magic, adventure and guaranteed happy ever afters, follow their journey from their world to ours in the hope they can keep us safe.
Kian has crossed over from his world to ours to seek revenge. His plan is to kill the monster who murdered his Uncle. The same monster who used magic to escape to our world and is hiding here and growing in strength.
Regan Campbell is a hunter of Demons. The first son, of a first son, he is the one who protects this world from the monsters that no one else knows are here.
When Kian reaches this world, he knows Regan is the perfect man to fight alongside him, but Regan trusts no one.
It isn’t until they are facing death and a terrible evil that will be let loose, that Regan finally realises he can trust another…his fated partner, Kian.
Darach Gravenor is a keeper of blue Fire. He is alone in his world and he wants to rescue his friend Kian from the horrors of the Other World.
Ceithin Morgan is Cariad. Strong with Ancient magic he teaches Darach that not all children's fairy stories should be believed. Ceithin has his own reasons for helping Darach and shows Darach that there is magic that he never even knew existed.
They are living on borrowed time. Guardian knows what they are doing and he is coming for Ceithin. Darach and Ceithin have two choices — do they run, or do they make their stand together?
Eoin is faced with the end of times.
With his friends at his side, can he rescue the prisoner that might hold the secrets to winning the battle between Cariad and City as well as the key to his heart?
His bond brothers, Kian and Darach, probably hate him for his necessary lie, two-thirds of the Council wants him dead, and the prisoner’s amber Fire is killing them both.
The third book in the Fire Trilogy discovers more old Guardians, ancient Cariad magik, and not least of all the other half of Eoin: Trystyn.
Reviews for Kian's Hunter
Gay List Book Reviews – “….An exciting and sexy world of magic and parallel worlds, demon hunting and bonded mates. This is the first book in the Fire Trilogy so it sets up the world and characters….
….This story goes by fast, but I was comforted by the knowledge that I have two more stories full of magic and love to learn more about this world and its people and watch three friends, who are more like brothers, find their mates and fall in love….”
Joyfully Jay – 4.5/5 – “….Oh, the world building in this book just sucked me in and kept my attention throughout. Scott does a really great job of creating a world, giving us the information we need, and making us believe. I was drawn into the parallel world storyline, loving the way it’s presented and the Fire that lights everyone, whether it’s a physical manifestation or not, and how everything is connected. Couple that with two engaging MCs and I really enjoyed this book.
One of the things I really loved about this book was that we only spend time with our two MCs. There’s no extraneous secondary characters here, and for this story, it worked perfectly. The plot lends itself to being with just these two guys, and it was to its benefit that there was no one else to muck up the works. Not to say that we didn’t get a taste of other characters, because we did. But the focus was solely on these two men, their mission, and their bond….
Reviews for Darach's Cariad
Gay List Book Reviews – “….Another fun, sweet and interesting installment in a series that I have been enjoying very much. I’m excited to read the last book and find all the answers to the puzzle and get Eoin’s story….”
Hearts on Fire Reviews – “…The author adds not only a new adventure to this story and mating but takes you along a journey of past wrongs and wonderful enlightenment of magic long forgotten. She weaves her spell, enchanting you page by page to find out what happens to these two characters.
Bike Book Reviews – 5/5 – “….The way RJ paints a picture of the alternate world is a true marvel! There is a twist in this one that will blow you away, so waste no more time, read the first then grab this one and dive right in!….”
Joyfully Jay – 4.5/5 – “….Book two in the Fire Trilogy picks up not too long after the first one ends. These books, though having different MCs, must be read in order. They are rely on prior knowledge and are a continuing tale. Darach’s Cariad ends in a bigger cliff hanger than Kian’s Hunter, but all the main plot lines are tied up and it’s only the overarching plot that carries through.
… The more we learn, the more things make sense. Which is exactly how a world like this should work….
….This is a fantastic series. It’s got everything—action, adventure, mystery, true love—and I’m really enjoying it. This book was no exception, and I was enthralled with the continuing story, as well as getting to see Darach finding his mate. I can only guess at what Scott has in store for the final book, and I can’t wait to find out….”
|Reviews for Eion's Destiny
Rainbow Gold Reviews – 9.5/10 – “….Another fantastic book with a good storyline and a great plot. I was very impressed at how this book finally played out. This has to be my favourite book in the series. I loved the chemistry between Eoin and Trystyn. The six together are stronger than they realise.
This series will give you an insight into another world that runs parallel to ours… As we switch between worlds, we see the magik of the fire get stronger. I would recommend this series to all those that love a bit of magic in the books they read….”
Rainbow Book Reviews – “….This third and final volume in the exciting ‘Fire’ trilogy is as cataclysmic as I expected, yet it is also the touching story of the missing third blood-brother, Eoin, and the man he knows he is bonded to, Trystyn. But bonding is not as easy as it sounds, because they both have amber Fire, and there are dire predictions about what happens if two ambers ever bond. The end of times, as Eoin keeps calling it, may be upon them, and while all is definitely not as it seems, this provided a great setting for the adventure, excitement, and action that follow. A truly wonderful conclusion to the series!…”
Bike Book Reviews – 5/5 – “….I am very happy to report that Eoin's Destiny lives up to my high expectations of this series set by books 1&2! I was enraptured with Eoin when we officially met him in book 2, this book is about accepting who you were meant to be, and righting old wrongs, and of course finding the man that will make this wonderful, lonely man complete!…”
